RGPD Platform — the data protection hub
The centre of the Data Protection Officer ecosystem: the function, the structure, the engagement grades and the sector verticals, anchored in the General Data Protection Regulation and Law 58/2019.
The ecosystem layers
The RGPD Platform is the point of departure and arrival for data protection in the portfolio. It brings together, in one place, the various expressions of the Data Protection Officer function — day-to-day operation, group leadership, the office structure and the sector verticals — and connects them to the body of rules that grounds them and to the other hubs of the ecosystem.
Its purpose is twofold: to guide those who seek, routing each need to the right layer; and to demonstrate the coherence of a system that treats data protection not as a stray document, but as a permanent, specialised and independent function.
